Transportation AppTransit GO Ticket is an app that allows riders to purchase light rail and bus fare using their mobile device, as well as use a trip planning feature. The Transit Go Ticket works on King County Metro Buses, Sound Transit Express Bus, Light Rail and Sounder, King County Water Taxi, Seattle Streetcar and Kitsap Transit routed buses and fast ferry.
Light RailLink Light Rail runs from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport through downtown Seattle and connects many destinations, including the UW Seattle campus.
BusFor information on how to take a bus to the UW Seattle campus or surrounding areas, visit the
Metro Trip Planner which helps you determine where and when to catch buses by entering your beginning and end locations as well as times. Google, Apple Maps, or the above mentioned Transit Go Ticket app are also helpful tools.
ShuttleShuttle Express is a private van or town car service leaving from the garage area of the Main Terminal of the airport. Follow the signs for Ground Transportation. They will take you wherever you wish to go, and the cost depends on where you go. This service is open 24 hours daily and the waiting time is about 15-30 minutes.
